Details
We are planning on FOUR DAYS of riding, driving, biking, golfing, hiking
and whatever else you can legally do in one of the TOP playgrounds of the
Rockies, Crested Butte, Colorado. The DooDah Open Golf Tournament will kick
us off on Wednesday July 29. 'We have added an ADDITIONAL DAY of riding,
so we will begin riding/driving on Thursday July 30 and continuing Friday and
Saturday. We will wrap up with our Epic Awards Dinner Saturday evening,
August lst.
The current COVID rules are: no riding groups larger than 10. We will encourage wingmen to monitor this. Also indoor groups are limited to 50 as of 6/29/2020. Outdoor groups can be up to 175. Proper physical distancing and masking (when necessary) will be observed in ALL situations. We will provide you a mask if you didn’t bring one.
The cost will be $150 per rider/driver/eater. Please send your RSVP and
checks made out to DooDah Entertainment, LLC. By July 1, 2020
The suggested hotels are: The Grand Lodge, Lodge at Mountaineer Square,
and Elevation. There are many more places to stay in Crested Butte, so VRBO, Air
B&8, Book 'em Dano, etc. may work for you also.
NOTE: It IS the week of the Crested Butte Mountain Arts Festival. OOPS! Art Festival has been cancelled as of this date 6/29/2020) However, there is hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing and hopefully most of the art galleries and other shopping and ding options will be open.
We are monitoring the situation in Gunnison County and making plans to adhere to all their local protocols. Please honor these suggestions or requirements. We are guests in their play land. Let’s be good guests so we get to come back!
